If you come with little ones, this museum is for them. It all hands on. My kids loved it when they were little. It is also located in the heart of Tampa Downtown.

Florida springs are wonderful. The water is at 72 degrees. You can rent a kayak and enjoy crystal clear water. The spring entrance is usually packed. You can also go up stream to clear waters from Rogers park. There are two places that rent kayaks from Rogers park. The downside to entering from Roger's park is that you will go up stream so it is a good work out. I see people going up the stream of all ages though so it is possible to up the steam. Only swim in areas where you can see the bottom of the lake. You are in Florida and there is more than fish in the water sometimes. So be aware of your surroundings while in the water.
