Welcome all Seattle Mariner and San Diego Padres fans during spring training. The complex also hosts various baseball tournaments, RV and craft shows and food truck nights. The city uses it to host their Easter and Trick or Treating events each year. 4th of July is it's own fun day with bands and events all day and fireworks viewable from our neighborhood.
