KVI beach is our south facing 'sunny' beach mostly shielded from wind. Don't miss low tide--there is a sand bar that opens up to frolic on. If you are feeling brave, swim after the tide comes in and the top half foot of water warms up...a bit. There's lots of soft sandy patches to play on and it's also perfect for picnics from dawn until dusk. Please remember to be respectful of the beach and the neighborhood.
