I love Donuts! So I'm fortunate Portland has so many options. Doe has the best selection of flavors by far. It's an all vegan shop so no cream in your coffee but try oat milk instead. The donuts melt in your mouth but it's the packaging that will win you over. These little boxes you'll want to keep!

Beautiful shady park with winding trails and a duck pond. Great spot to picnic and people watch. Walk around to see all the giant trees bloom in spring or turn brilliant colors in fall. Its even nice during the rainy season, just take an umbrella or do like the locals and just get wet. The surrounding Laurelhurst neighborhood has some of the best old Portland homes to admire.

Viewing the sunset from the top of Mt Tabor park is one of my favorite Portland activities. Its a quick walk from the house and so worth it! Portland locals can be spotted stair-running early in the mornings like lunatics. If you like nature and and trees and hiking, go check out Mt Tabor.
