Come stay at our basement apartment, completely separate with your own entrance!We’re located in the most beautiful neighborhood and in a great location: near I-15, close to the canyons and the best snow on earth. The space is always clean and has the most comfortable Queen-sized bed. About 30 minutes from Snowbird ski resort Right in the heart of the best fast-and-casual restaurants Family friendly Downtown SLC is 20 minutes away, with fine dining, night life, Eccles Theater and the Utah Jazz

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

Our place is in the heart of SugarHouse, within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, bus and light rail connections to the airport, city center and skiing. You'll be staying in the building with the Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates studio and one yoga class is included in your rental. Pilates classes begin at 6am so you will hear people above you. You are entitled to a pass to Inferno Hot Pilates classes during your stay.
