We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

Close to downtown Tryon, short drive to TIEC, Hendersonville, and Asheville. Great area for hiking, biking, tubing, Saluda Gorge Zip line, fishing, quaint antique shops, gift shops, and art galleries all around.

Pisgah Forest is centrally located to Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest, Downtown Brevard and a variety of breweries.

The Happy Red Cabin

I'm a small cabin located in a wonderful setting with other houses on gravel roads. My owners put their hearts and souls into my creation. I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. Located 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a delightful small WNC town. I'm up the hill from a small private lake *as of summer '25 - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs* NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING - strict policy.

A trip to charming Saluda is like a step back in time and Liberty Hall log cabin welcomes you to sit a while on the front porch and take in the spectacular mountain views. Cozy one bedroom log cabin with large private back deck and hot tub. While being surrounded by nature can be an enjoyable and a relaxing break from hectic day to day lifestyles, please realize that this cabin is in the woods and we do have carpenter bees and camel crickets along with some ants. We strive to keep the pests at bay but they are part of mountain life. Shared spaces include the fire pit along with the overlook bench.

Spring Mountain House

Spring mountain house is a modern micro cabin perched above the creek in a lush mountain forest. Scandinavian inspired, this cabin was designed and built by the hosts using site-harvested lumber and custom hand-crafted wood and metalwork features. The cabin lays on a south-facing mountain covered in rhododendron forest with the view and sounds of the creek below.
