A newly renovated rustic holiday home. The house is on a elevated massive land area surrounded with mountain, trees, farm land, a concrete driveway from the main road. The house itself is a bit set back from the road. It is so private. Almost everything are new in the house. Both bedrooms has new air-conditioning unit. The beach is just across the property where you can snorkel or free dive. Close to Tubod Marine Sanctuary. Plenty of spaces to park the vehicles. You can smoke outside the house.
