The App Uber and Easytaxi work perfectly in Lima. I do not suggest using public transportation unless you are moving close by. In Lima there is heavy traffic at rush time 8:00 - 10:00 and 17:30 - 20:00, it is recommended to use Waze or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps to arrive on time to destination. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.
