Catbells is a lovely, modern, detached bungalow in a quiet area in St Bees with a garage, a glass walled terrace overlooking the golf course, sea & village and use of a large games room with table tennis & darts. It has a suntrap back garden and is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday. The Carriage - A first class experience

Step back in time to this restored 1950's Pullman railway carriage, with the added luxury of 21st century amenities. The Carriage is set on tracks where the original line ran through Ullock on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, with the river Marron running below. Relive a unique journey with the addition of being able to step out onto the platform for sunbathing, breakfast or your evening meal then retire to the antique king sized bed with dressing room, ensuite and Eden toiletries.

Newly refurbished Grainger Cottage is a delightful traditional cottage set in the coastal village of St Bees, just a five minute walk to the sandy beach, local pubs, rail station .Dog friendly with a private garden at the rear. The ground floor consists: entrance hall; lounge with wood burning stove, & TV; well equipped kitchen; utility room with washing m/c and toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 kingsize & 1 double bed) bathroom with bath & separate shower. The cottage has gas central heating.

A modern take on a historic building, keeping some of the original heritage but with a modern contemporary feel! The ideal getaway location for a relaxed break near the lakes, with local amenities. Bega cottage is a delightful cosy cottage set in the coastal village of St Bees. A 10 minute stroll from a wide sandy beach, the English Coastal Path and start of the Wainwrights Coast to Coast walk. Our cottage is perfect for exploring historic towns and villages of the western Lake District. Hop on a train to explore surrounding areas, St Bees railway station is only a 2 minute walk away. Three cosy country pubs and a village Post office are only a stones throw away from our cottage.

Welcome to Highside a delightful cottage set in a secluded location overlooking the tranquil village of Lorton. Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.
