Welcome to our newly refurbished, self-contained one bedroom apartment. It's ideally situated between Chester Zoo (10-15 mins walk) and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village (less than 5 mins drive) and also about 10-15 minute drive to Chester. It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. It also has it's own bathroom with double shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful garden oasis in a little hamlet on the border with North Wales, just 5 miles outside the beautiful historic city of Chester. Here you will find a newly created private suite of rooms featuring a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a kitchenette / dining room and a sun room / lounge, plus a patio and access to a large secluded garden. The property is in a rural location and borders working farmland. You will also have your own off-road parking.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

The Coach House, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, sleeps 7

Situated in historic village Hawarden, sleeps 7 guests, or for smaller groups 2/3 bedroom option sleeping up to 4/6, (please see other listings for prices). The original house dates back to the mid 19th century and has been lovingly modernised but still retaining lots of charm. We live to the left of the property and the right side is offered as a separate holiday home. 10 minutes from Chester and within an hour of Liverpool, Snowdonia and Anglesey.

The cottage is located down a private lane, surrounded by 800 acres of prime agriculture, this beautifully renovated cottage is part of a Barn Conversion, rural and yet very close to Chester City Centre on what I consider to be the most accessible side of the city, with easy access to the Race Course, main car parks, walls and city centre Café bars. The Zoo, Cheshire Oaks, Blue Planet Aquarium. Or relax in the garden with a BBQ and a home fired pizza.

This unique place has a style all its own. Only 6.5 miles to Chester and a stones throw off the A55 expressway. Fully renovated for 2022 all fittings and furnishings are new and we have spared no expense creating a unique space to enjoy and relax in. Three Pubs walking distance including St Davids park Hotel. The apartment is located next to eatdeli which we also own.
