The house is a Victorian villa arranged over three floors: most of the elegant bedrooms have stunning views across the estuary. Outside there's an enclosed, lawned garden, a patio for al fresco dining and a deck overlooking the estuary and Instow.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This is a 3 bedroom lodge with decking. It has 2 bathrooms with direct access to south west coast path and short walk into Bude and it’s fantastic beachside facilities set on Bude holiday resort, you will find on-site heated outdoor pool and bar/restaurant, plus a children’s play park. There is no additional charge to use the on-site facilities. Please note that guests need to bring own bedlinen and towels.

They are classed as mobility friendly with a separate entrance at the rear of the accommodation on a flat surface, and an allocated parking space next to the rear entrance. As well as the access at the rear of the accommodation, these villas have an entrance at the front of the accommodation. They have a fully equipped kitchen, living space, and dining area. They also have fantastic sea views and come with a private veranda. (please note there is an additional fee for pets).

There is a beautiful kitchen with panoramic views of the sea. Enjoy a drink or two at the dedicated bar area. The elevated house overlooking Ilfracombe comes with 6 large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a luxury master suite with a bath tub and WC. Dogs also welcome.
