Enjoy the local shops, marinas, local parks, the many restaurants and lively nightlife!! There is so much to do. Home offers a covered front porch with wicker furniture and rockers for your leisure. Large back deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Backyard with a gas grill, fire pit and lounge chairs. Large parking area (six cars max). Parking available on the street.

Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space, multiple game rooms, and a central location near Belmar Marina and Main Street, it is the perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends.
