Welcome to our 13 acre hobby farm with spectacular panoramic Ocean Views! The Shipyard suite is completely self contained with a private entrance, Nautical Ship Theme and wood accents. We do live above you but have gone to great lengths to minimize sound transference with extra drywall and insulation being installed.
