We are located 5 minutes from the trans Canada highway and between Shawnigan Lake school and Brentwood College.

Welcome to the Roost. Our fully private suite is close to countless scenic spots as well as many places to walk, bike, hike or swim. Minutes from West Shawnigan Lake Park and the Kinsol Trestle, you can make the most of your stay at beautiful Shawnigan lake. After your adventures, you can relax amongst the trees in our private & cozy suite, & recharge with a good nights rest in the comfortable queen bed. The roost has a separate driveway and entry away from the main house.

Newly built 2 bedroom and loft, lakefront cottage located in the west arm of the stunning Shawnigan Lake. Open concept kitchen and living room. Large deck with outdoor kitchen, dining area, bbq and fire pit. Outdoor shower, full laundry facilities and brand new large dock. Great for groups up to 8, and amazing for families with kids. Beach toys and some water toys as well as life jackets are available for use. Amazing year round accommodation with guaranteed relaxation!

Located in the beautiful village of Shawnigan Lake, our basement suite of 450 sq. ft. can accommodate up to 4 people. WiFi included, a TV that you can connect to, the apartment has one queen bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. It is equipped with a full kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower (off bedroom). The accommodation is non-smoking. We are just a short stroll from the village centre and the lake, Victoria is 44 km and Mill Bay is 10 km.
