Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our 2 tiny houses are in the midst of agricultural landscapes on a horse farm 400 meters from one of the best surf beaches around. The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the subroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

It is a century-old house in a village on the slopes of the Sintra hills. 20 mins to the main beaches of Sintra and 30 min. to all famous historical monuments of the Sintra area. It is 40km from the capital Lisbon. Supermarket, pharmacy, police, gas station 1 km. The view is extraordinary and guaranteed quiet. My space is good for couples, solo adventures, and families (with children).

At 10 minutes to Pena Palace and Castelo dos Mouros and 5 minutes to the most beautiful Atlantic beaches and 10 minutes to Cascais and Estoril. 2 bedrooms and a living, kitchen, bath-room and a nice garden. There is no neighbourhood beyond the birds. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children.
