The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

Y Cwt Gwyrdd, cosy shelter in a mountainous valley

Unique historic cabin sympathetically renovated in 2012 to provide comfortable accommodation for hill walking groups or family get togethers. The property is all one level and has outside private parking for up to three cars. There is an entrance hallway for boots and jackets; a shower room; a toilet room. A bedroom with two bunkbeds (double bed base and single bed top) and luggage shelves. Sitting room with sofabed, dinning table and extra foldaway chairs. Fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to converted chalet located at the bottom of our garden at the foot of the Carneddau Mountain Range in Bethesda. It contains a small kitchen with all basic utensils, pots, pans, kettle, toaster and electric hobs. We also supply tea, coffee and fresh milk + towels. It is a stones throw away from the famous 'Zipworld' (15 min walk) as well as the Glyderau mountain range(10 / 25 min ), and a short drive from Snowdon (15 min). On dark nights in winter the milky way can be seen from outside, hence the name. The cabin is located in a central spot in North Wales, we are 2 miles from the closest beach and 1 mile from the mountains. We are also in a central location for access to both zipworlds, as well as close distance to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)
