The Coral Sea Casa is directly on the ocean on Vilano Beach with magnificent views! The full tiki bar with outdoor kitchen is great for hosting your family cookouts! Minimum age to rent is 25. Dogs permitted with pre-approval and pet fee of $100. Events are permitted on a case by case basis and an event fee will apply. This renovated 3-story home is nearly 3,000 sq ft with breathtaking views and sleeps 15. *Min. age of renter is 25 yrs. *Max occupancy is strictly enforced. Per county regulation, this house can accommodate 10 "occupants," excluding children 12 yrs of age or under. *A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to finalize reservation. *Ordinances state we must rent to families. The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
