Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind This cabin was built in 2021 and host is 13 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however exceptions can be made with permission and a fee. Walk out the back door and enjoy a multitude of things to do including mountain biking, down hill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, and much more. Across the street is the Munger Trail for those that prefer to bike and hike on pavement. The St. Louis River is located right down the road for boating, fishing, or kayaking. Lake Superior is within a short 10 minute drive.

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

Enjoy our trails on 60 acres or take a short drive to local lakes, the Brule River, or Lake Superior. Within walking distance is the Poplar Golf Course and Bar/Grill. At the end of the day, you can relax around a fire under the starry sky. If it is chilly outside enjoy the fireplace and some games, books, or movies!

Beautiful house in the woods!

Upon your arrival to Buffalo Valley you will receive a warm welcome with an escort to your house by the host, in the beautiful north woods. At check in you will receive a key to the cabin. (Please note that the house capacity is 6 guests, no exceptions. We also have a NO pet policy.) There is a guide book that gives you all the information you will need. You will love how remote you are, yet so close to town. Enjoy the fire pit and sauna in the comforts of the wilderness!
