Small & simple maisonette. Very central! This is a 200 year old listed building. It’s quirky & quaint in places.… this just adding to the charm. A great blend of old and new with a modern day, minimalist approach suited for those looking for a budget break in the true heart of Tenby. Our apartment is located up a small flight of stairs. The stairs shared with the retail outlet below. The main access door is to the side of the shop. There can be some external noise at peak times and weekends.

Our stylish holiday home on the seafront at Woolacombe is the perfect place to stay for a North Devon holiday. Commanding fantastic views over Combesgate Beach to Morte Point, Lundy and Hartland. A stone’s throw from the celebrated Barricane Beach with its seasonal cafe serving Sri Lankan food and a lovely seafront stroll to Woolacombe centre, the main beach and all the unique delights this coastal village has to offer. For the surfers Combesgate Beach just across the road is the perfect spot.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.
