Foothill House is on the outskirts of Hughesville. It is in a country setting, abundant with wildlife. The house borders a pond, which is amazing to just sit and relax next too. Central Pa has many amazing restaurants that provide farm to table food in our lush pa summers. We are close to many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, swimming and much more. If your visiting for work, we aren’t too far from civilization.

Cozy cottage just one block off Market Street where shops, restaurants and bars await you! Walking distance to Bucknell (about 4 blocks to Campus). 20 minute drive to Bald Eagle state Forest, 25 to RB Winter State Park and 45 minute to Weiser State Forest and Poe Paddy. Lakes, hiking trails and cycling galore! Less than a mile from the rail trail which is the gateway to all the gravel cycling goodness of Central PA! Need bike tools? We have you covered!

Secluded A-Frame Cabin

Unique A-frame cabin in private setting. Loft bedroom upstairs and open floor plan on ground floor. Large wrap around deck with covered area for grilling or just hanging out. Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. Wood for heating cabin is provided. Campfire ring with some wood provided also.

The house is yours to enjoy for your stay... Two bedrooms, 1.5 bath, with a full kitchen. Our living room also has a bar, dart board and card table. Outside, enjoy the fire pit, grill and patio. Loads of room for outdoor activities like bocce ball, corn hole, mountain biking, or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
