Historic Inn 1/2 mile outside of the town - a fabulous colonial seaport with lots of retail shops and restaurants plus the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Our inn has won two prestigious local and state preservation awards. Featuring hand carved mahogany furniture with Queen or King beds, private bathrooms with tiled showers, full 3 course breakfast, swimming pool, hot tub and bikes. This is our Queen bedroom # 2 downstairs (12' by 15') with fireplace just off of our parlor and garden room.

The White Oak Cabin

This 1850's one bedroom rustic cabin offers the option of 2 twin beds or 1 king (beds moved together with insert- upon request) and is ideal for history enthusiasts. A wood-burning fireplace adorns the downstairs, while the sleeping quarters are in the loft above. Decorated in period furnishings as well as an open air (no door) bathroom, visitors will get a more intimate look at our Country’s history. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night).
