Quaint renovated cottage close to downtown (walking distance) and two blocks from PSJ Bay. This is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach, playing Pickleball or fishing. There is a large parking pad out front that will easily accommodate 4 vehicles or a boat and 1-2 vehicles. Frank Pate park is within walking distance with four Pickleball Courts or access for fishing. The backyard is fenced and there is a porch for enjoying the warm Florida evenings.

This Charming 3-bedroom 2 bath cottage is located on the grounds of Blue Moon Inn & in the Heart of Historic Downtown Apalachicola! Our cute little cottage is a home away from home. It offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other has a full bed and a twin bed. It has all the amenities just like being at home. A fully stocked kitchen with anything you need to cook your days catch. There is also a gas grill for anytime use. We are just a block from the bay and less than a mile from the city boat ramp. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
