Welcome to our cottage! This one bed, one bath apartment is an easy walk, bike, or a short drive to everything awesome in St. Pete. The cottage features a small dining area and kitchenette with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, & washer/dryer. The bedroom and bathroom are located up a short set of stairs. Guests have strong wifi access along with a shared outdoor patio & yard on a quiet street. We love hosting long term renters. Please reach out to ask about monthly rates!

8 mins to Downtown, Vinoy Park, clubs, bars and coffee shops. We are 14 mins to Treasure Island Beach, 10 mins to Gulfport, 5 short blocks to Pinellas Bike Trail and a 2 min walk to Central Ave Trolley and the SUN RUNNER which takes you to the beach and/or downtown. Owners DO live on the premises, but there is only 1 BnB unit, so you will have plenty of privacy. We offer many amenities and believe our pricing reflects the high quality of our BNB!

Tropical pool villa in central St Pete built in 2022, only 1 mile from Pinellas Trail, 2 miles from downtown restaurants and 5 miles from Treasure Island Beach. One room efficiency includes a comfortable queen size murphy bed, full bathroom (w/shower-no tub), large flat screen tv, with wet bar, microwave & coffee maker. Guests will have private access to pool. Smoking is NOT permitted on property and will be reported.

The West Wing Bungalow with Saltwater Pool

The West Wing is 1 of 3 suites available at our luxury adult only home, sleeping 2 people per room. We can accommodate a total of three couples at a time, so you’re welcome to have your friends join you, it’s a great couples or single getaway! Out place is quiet, peaceful and very private, hidden from the street. All guests must be listed on the reservation to be on the property.
