Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.

Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.

Relax at this beautiful Sunset Beach Condo located at Sea Trail. Enjoy our spacious walk-up third-floor unit minutes away from Sunset Beach, golf courses, pools, fishing, restaurants, bike/hiking trails, and local shops. We offer a one-bedroom with a queen pull-out sofa and a full bathroom with an in-unit washer and dryer. Sea Trail offers a pass (at an additional $200 refundable deposit) for using pools/hot tubs, grills, and other resort amenities.
