With private parking, patio and entrance, our location is great for the Bristol races & concerts and the many local festivals & attractions. We spoil our guests with a full kitchen and laundry plus Welcome goodies, curated snacks, bath toiletries, cozy robes & a gas BBQ grill!

Very light and airy space. Second story apartment that sits on a three acre property minutes from historic Jonesborough. Self check in. You will find towels; extra sheets; cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that our area has stink bugs and there is nothing that we can do about them. Pets are allowed limit one dog or cat. NO SMOKING $50 PET FEE PER PET, ESA and Service animals welcome for same fee. Please purchase travel insurance as these reservations are non refundable.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Peace and Privacy But Close To Everything

No cleaning fees! A peaceful place to unwind and rest. We have a spacious bedroom suite with a private entrance located off the deck that is open for guests to use for a morning cup of coffee or take in the views. The suite has a space for everything with a table and chairs, queen bed, full bath and sofa. A Roku television and wifi complete a cozy space to relax. We are centrally located, within 15 minutes from historic Jonesborough, and 30 minutes from Johnson City, Greenville & Kingsport.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

The Serenity Cabin offers a 1100sq ft cabin on 70 acres. 1 master bedroom and pull out couch. Best copper bathtub and view around ! Exterior decks on both levels. “Expertly Designed “ TVs . WiFi Gated entrance , long secluded and private driveway . Mountaintop 360* views . Walk , hike , bring your dogs . Access to entire property. Grazing 🦙 🐖 🐐 🐓 from our mini farm next door . We are dog friendly and also offer guests private river access to the Watuaga River 1/2 mile down the road

We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.
