It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Located in the heart of the city of Coimbra, next to the UNESCO World Heritage "University of Coimbra - Alta and Sofia" the AH33 - Studios are an excellent starting point to enjoy the best that Coimbra has to offer. Each bright studio has a living room and a bedroom with private bathroom with hardwood floors, kitchen / kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils and dinnerware. The AH33 - Studios offers cable TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all studios.

The beach is at 8 min walking distance as you can see from our pictures! You can easily park the car in our street with no parking fee. Very peaceful place, far from the summer crowd and noise, but still close enough from the beach and center by walking distance in case you prefer! You won't regret it!

The perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and seclusion: Casa Do Vale, or "House Of The Valley" is a luxury 1 bedroom home in the heart of Central Portugal. Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
