Popular John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk (dining/shopping/entertainment) is just over a quarter-mile away. This updated and comfortably furnished house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and easily sleeps 6, with 2 queen beds and 1 queen pull-out. It is Key West Style, 1 blk from the Gulf of Mexico with no thru traffic. This isle is only 3 mi .Sunset Bch is about 1 mi. Built in 1929. There were only 3 other hms here. It has been updated. The bath rm is VERY small. Cubicle shower, toilet ,and sink. I also have a hot and cold shower behind the garage. It has high ceilings with wood beams. 30inch flat screen TV with highspeed internet, Full kitchen, and there is a futon in the living room. No Cable . I do NOT allow dogs unless Preapproved .
