Plant City Guest House

750 sq ft, 1 Bed/1 Bath guest house on a calm, private road in Plant City. Very quick and convenient access to I-4 if you need to head toward Tampa or Orlando. Rental is a rear guest house behind the primary residence. Host is on site if you have any needs during your stay. Home features a stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Livingroom and bedroom TV are streaming only. Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix provided. Bedroom features a King bed on an adjustable platform base.

Little Art Under the Oaks

Welcome to your cozy retreat in the quiet suburb of Brandon! Nestled within my home, this private room offers a serene escape with its own private entrance. The room features a snug bed with clean linens, a private bathroom for your convenience, and thoughtful amenities including complimentary WiFi, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Located about 20-23 minutes (depending on traffic to downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens, USF).

Wake up in nature, lakefront property with all the comforts of home in a small cozy space. The real beauty lays in the tranquility and calm of the outdoor spaces, next to a serene lake, go fishing, light the fire pit and make s’mores, grill and have drinks. Or take a quick drive and be at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in 10 minutes. Fairgrounds 10 minutes Ybor and downtown Tampa are 20 minutes away.

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.

Layla’s Place

Layla’s Place is a cozy and fully renovated studio apartment. Only 7 minutes away from Bush Gardens and Florida College is 3 minutes away! University of South Florida, Hard Rock Casino, and Florida state fairgrounds are all within 10 minute drive. You will have full privacy, an outdoor terrace, and your own parking space.
