BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Our cute and quaint family condo is right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the view from the deck off the living room. Wake up to the view from the master bedroom window which also overlooks the beach. You will be close to everything on Tybee when you stay at our centrally-located condo. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

When you aren't at the beach, enjoy the Jungle Bar we’ve created outside, play some shuffle board, grill out, take an outdoor shower - enjoy it all outdoors!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

Tranquil and serene, this elegant home is located seconds from the beautiful beaches of Tybee and minutes away from great food and bars. The Duplex is on the north end of the island which is not as busy and beaches are a bit less crowded. Three bedroom two bath condo will fit family and friends comfortably, and the close proximity to the beach will provide the perfect retreat.

This is CASULA SOLIS!! Coming to you from the same owners as the CASITA :) Very unique stay with every amenity imaginable including a small 6' x 6' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub and fire pit! Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up.
