Bayside Villa is a bayfront property that is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and the city center. Our Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Rental includes use of boat ramp for boats to 20 feet , boat trailer parking, and dockage for one boat 26 feet or less. The Bay shows spectacular sunsets over the water seen from our villa. We allow one dog less than 15 pounds. The Villa is set within a native hammock with numerous native plants and trees.

Luxury home is thoughtfully laid out with five bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom boasting floor to ceiling tile, solid glass doors, and an additional half bath for guests. The home is fully furnished with king-size beds in each bedroom, as well as 50-in TVs. The living room has two large couches with an 85-in flat screen TV for a great entertainment experience. Custom pool w/sun ledge, and patio area leads out to the 45 foot TREX Deck dock, with 10ft add. for 55ft vessel.
