Bayside Villa is a bayfront property that is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and the city center. Our Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Rental includes use of boat ramp for boats to 20 feet , boat trailer parking, and dockage for one boat 26 feet or less. The Bay shows spectacular sunsets over the water seen from our villa. We allow one dog less than 15 pounds. The Villa is set within a native hammock with numerous native plants and trees.

We are located in the middle of the Florida Keys and easy access to all attractions and restaurants. We do have a big pool, bikes, and kayaks for our guests to use during their stay.
