Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo su una collina circondata da uliveti e vigneti a soli 5 min da Collodi, 10 min di macchina dal centro di Pescia, 8 minu Supermercato , 7minu Treno , 20 min di macchina dal centro di Lucca e 40 da Firenze o Pisa. L'appartamento si divide su due livelli, zona inferiore con cucina e soggiorno open space, ampio ripostiglio e bagno; la zona superiore comprende le due camere da letto e il bagno principale. Parcheggio fino a 2 auto.

L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di un edificio posto nel centro di Chiesina Uzzanese, cittadina situata nel centro della Toscana. Data la sua posizione (casello A11), è ottimale per visitare città come Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Montecatini, Pescia - Collodi, Pistoia, Viareggio - Torre del Lago Puccini, Pontedera (Museo Piaggio), Montecarlo, Lajatico (Bocelli), oltre a siti naturalistici come il Padule di Fucecchio e il lago di Sibolla. In Chiesina vi sono buoni ristoranti e negozi tipici.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

A lovely 1.5 km drive through olive groves brings you to the private, gated entrance. The Apartment Casa Lucchese is on the ground floor, with the left-hand entrance featuring a rectangular lintel facing the garden. It is part of a six units farmhouse called 'Il Borghetto' (formerly a rural, rustic farmhouse from the 14th century) in the hills below the village of San Gennaro near Lucca. The apartment is a tasteful blend of rustic, contemporary and antique furnishings.

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

Vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada, dista 17 km da Lucca, 20 km da Pistoia, 28 km da Pisa, 37 km da Viareggio e 45 km da Firenze. Ancora più vicine le zone di Pescia, della Svizzera Pesciatina e di Montecatini Terme.

Appartamento molto carino

Appartamento in tipico stile toscano, in zona tranquilla, nel centro storico della cittadina di Pescia, tra Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, il mare,la montagna, ottimo per fare escursioni in natura. Possibilita' di noleggio bici a 5 euro al giorno ed aggiunta di un divanoletto.
