Em pleno campo, está, contudo, perto de auto-estradas, hipermercados, de Lisboa, das praias do Oeste (Ericeira, Santa Cruz, Peniche e Nazaré) e de pontos turísticos a visitar (Sintra, Mafra, Óbidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Tomar, Fátima e Santarém). Enjoy a unique experience in this luxurious penthouse located in the Chiado district. With a breathtaking view of the city and the river, it has a loft and terrace with a 180 degree unique view. The open kitchen is designed with high quality appliances and dining space which leads to the living room. For evening, 2 king size beds and 3 bathrooms with fitted wardrobes provide relaxation, comfort and welcome organization. The top floor loft has a bar area, tv and a comfortable sofa for quiet time.

River View Lisbon’s New Apartment

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our 2 tiny houses are in the midst of agricultural landscapes on a horse farm 400 meters from one of the best surf beaches around. The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the sunroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.
