Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Pirongia Mountain Getaway

Apartment is adjacent to my house on Pirongia Mountain. I'm 20 min from Te Awamutu, 30 min to Hamilton , 40 min to Waitomo Caves, Lake Karapiro or Raglan, 1 hr to Hobbiton & 25 min to Mystery Creek for Field Days. Queen-size bed accommodates up to 2 people. Beautiful views across the area & close access to many local tramping options. Solar-powered apartment is in excellent shape with a kitchen covered with all the basics. Heat pump, wifi & tv (freeview) provided.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Cottage at The Willows, Cambridge, Waikato

Relax in your own space in this super comfortable and cozy one bedroom cottage. Wake up to the views across the neighboring horse farm. Enjoy all amenities with full kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and bathroom. Space for extra guests with the clever use of a pull down bed in the living area. Lovely comfortable self-contained cabin for two adults. It is situated 10 minutes from Lake Karapiro, and Cambridge. The Velodrome, Hamilton Airport and Mystery Creek are 15 minutes away. Relaxing setting in gardens in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchenette comes with a kettle, microwave, and toaster but no hob, stove, or oven. Please note that as the Chalet is in a residential neighbourhood, all additional visitors must leave by 10:00pm.
