Lovely and cosy studio in the center of Zurich. Walking distance to the university & ETH (5min), the main station (15’ downwards and 20’ uphill if you're in good shape). It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

Unser Studio befindet sich im unteren Teil des Hauses und ist über einen separaten Eingang in der Garage zugänglich. Für genügend Stauraum sorgt der grosse Einbauschrank. Die Küche ist mit modernster Technik (Kochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Sauna und Kälte Bad rundet die Einrichtung ab. Das WC ist separat. Zum Studio gehört ein grosszügiger Garten mit einem kleinen Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Lounge.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
