E. Gray house

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Mo's Loft at Platform's End

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Platform's End is a soulful one-bedroom retreat in a restored 1872 railway goods shed. With exposed beams, stone walls, and modern comforts, it’s nestled in two acres of wildlife-rich gardens near a disused platform. The mezzanine bedroom overlooks an open-plan living space with a full kitchen, rain shower, and aircon. Enjoy sunrise on the wraparound deck and unwind in nature and history. Sleeps two but there is a sofa bed for an extra two guests.

The Cowshed Cottage on The Greenway & the Sea

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. A Stones throw from the Greenway, minutes from a beautiful beach, Mountains views. Our little bit of Bliss we love to share with others.

The Cabin in South Kilkenny is a cosy self contained space featuring stylish decor and great for a relaxing getaway. Located to the rear of our property with it's own private entrance. The Cabin is entirely independent from the main residence and ensures privacy for all guests. We are located in a small rural village with the local pub only a two minute walk. The local shop/pharmacy an eight min drive. We are just fifteen minutes drive from Waterford City and The Waterford Greenway.

Our groundfloor farmhouse is located less than 2km from one of many Comeragh mountain walking routes Our location is what makes our home very special, we look directly onto the Comeragh mountains, 5 minutes drive from kilclooney wood and Coumsingaun lake walk. We are minutes drive away from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day ,you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.

Dromana's luxurious, Historical duplex overlooks the Blackwater river, with exceptional views of the attendant wildlife going about their daily routines. The River Duplex includes twin and double ensuite bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and open plan diningroom, and cosy sittingroom with solid fuel fire. The outside space with garden furniture is accessible from both bedrooms.
