Situated in the heart of Dungarvan, Number 10 is a dual story apartment with its own private balcony just off Dungarvan Quay with fabulous sea views. Upon entrance to main building both a lift and stairs are available. Town centre is within 2 minute walking distance. The start of the Greenway is also close by (within walking distance). We do have 2 adult bikes available for use and there is space where you can store your bikes if you choose to bring your own or there is bikes available locally.

Outside the self contained apartment there are 10 acres of grounds for our guests to explore and enjoy with generous lawns, spectacular views and a 2 minute walk to Annestown Beach using our private path.

A stunning and peaceful, ground floor apartment, overlooking the sea, with its own, private balcony, within walking distance of all the amenities that Dungarvan has to offer. A 48km “Greenway” cycling path is a short cycle away. The balcony faces SE and gets the morning/afternoon sunshine. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay in this lively seaside town (no tumble dryer). A designated parking space, at the front door, is convenient for drivers. The Copper Coast is nearby.

Coastguard Cottage seaview hot tub family friendly

200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views with seaview outdoor hot tub in summer. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is suitable for letting without kids.

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
