Yarra Sounds is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom period home set within a stone's throw of the Yarra River with clear views of the towering Mount Little Joe. Here, you can take a load off your mind. Relax by the fire or unwind with a drink on the back deck while you listen to the water below and nature above. Located close to the town centre, it's a casual 15-minute walk along the River Trail, over the historic Swing Bridge to Warburton's strip of cafes, restaurants, and antique stores.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Bingarra Lodge is a cosy and leafy sanctuary located a short walk or ride to Warburton's main street with ample indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. You'll have full access to the space and property, and I can be reached for any assistance. The property is cleaned top to bottom before every check-in and stocked with fresh linens and towels.

Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees.
