Welcome to Lakeview Haven, a uniquely shaped A-frame treehouse cabin on a gorgeous hillside overlooking Beaver Lake and War Eagle Cove. Nestled amongst the trees, this cabin feels private and romantic, but with easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, or Fayetteville. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around deck where you can view abundant wildlife. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find beach access to launch kayaks.

Great getaway in a beautifully maintained and updated original settlers log cabin filled with books of poetry and art, sunroom with rivaling porch swings for the classic settlers pastime of porchswing-offs, full kitchen and clawfoot bathtub, bedroom with full-sized bed, fifty acres of woodlands to explore, and an open field for watching the skies. Located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort, this small cabin is 1 exit to the U of A. Walmart, Lowe's & several restaurants nearby. Features a queen bed, counter table w/stools, small fridge, microwave, coffee service & TV. Pull right up to the front door! Hog Valley amenities included. While we offer several tv channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS- NO SMOKING OR VAPING!

Brylee’s Lil' River Cabin at Serenity Campground

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lil' River Cabin is a one bedroom, one bath cabin that is just feet away from the White River. Situated in Serenity Campground Riverside along with 2 other cabins on 3 secluded acres. The Mill Creek UTV trail system is just down the road and accessible from the Campground. There is no kitchen but there is a covered picnic area and charcoal grill. Wi-Fi is also available. Come and enjoy the tranquility of the Ozarks!

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Studio apartment in a rural estate setting. Attractions in immediate area include, Sassafras Springs Winery & event venue; Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm event venue < 15 minutes, public lake access. Approximately 11 miles/20+ minutes to U of A/downtown Fayetteville. Access to all of NWA's attractions via Don Tyson Parkway to I-49. Easy access to Razorback Greenway from Botanical Garden of the Ozarks/Lake Fayetteville trailhead.

Need a place to get away to? Look no further. Our place is just 15 mins S. of Fayetteville. Close enough to be part of the University's activities or Fayetteville's many venue/events yet far enough outside of town to relax when they are done. Our RV is setup as a cozy retreat space. There is a large deck and outdoor spaces as well. There is a security camera at the top of the driveway approximately 40'-50' ft from the trailer.
