Seaside retreat near Kilmore Quay, Co. Wexford. Ballyhealy beach, a stones throw away, is on a stretch of unspoiled coastline 17km long, from Kilmore Quay to Carnsore Point. Great for walking, safe for swimming and renowned for bass fishing, Ballyhealy is a stoney, rugged and wild strand, and a bit of a local’s secret! Saltwater lakes nearby adjoin Lake Tacumshin, which is a special area of conservation- a bird watcher's paradise. A day trip to the Saltee Islands also comes highly recommended!

Located in the most southern part of Ireland, this historic thatched cottage from the 1700s will be sure to charm even the most discerning guests. Recently renovated with a unique interior style, our home is comfortable, spacious and very peaceful. There are a total of 3 bedrooms (2 with low ceiling) with a separate games room, a pool table and Irish pub furnishings and the loveliest lake views. We are located next to the famous Lobster Pot pub, and just minutes from Carne beach.

There is no sink in this room but water & basin in the adjacent private bathroom. Down your hall the bedroom has a king size bed, two East facing windows. Outside there is seating to relax. You have privacy from adjoining cottage, own entrance and locked hallway. NOTE. BnB is part of another cottage. Separate entrance and closed off.

Located in the foothills of Mount Leinster, it is well suited for hill walkers, star gazers and those who want to feel the country atmosphere. The village has 2 pubs, one serving the best curry in Wexford.

We live on site, but The Garage is separate with its own parking & private patio ,
