This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

The Old Vicarage Coach house was built in 1750 as part of a farmhouse. In 1860 the property was purchased as a Vicarage for the Church. Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. The Coach House is a new, high spec building, adjacent to woodland in Knutsford centre. Downstairs, fitted kitchen and a large wet room with pressure shower, all with underfloor heating . Upstairs is a stunning loft space, 60 square meters of white larch flooring as seen in Saatchi gallery, 50 inch television, sonos stereo, high speed wifi, a luxury king size bed with goose down duvet and pillows. We provide high quality bedding and towels. There is a south facing private courtyard.

This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. Parking on drive
