Wir heissen dich in unserem winzigen Garden Studio in einem grünen, verwunschenen Blumengarten mitten in Zürich herzlich Willkommen. Diese ruhige Oase liegt nur 3 Gehminuten vom Schaffhauserplatz entfernt, wo es zahlreiche Trams, Busse, Geschäfte, eine Apotheke, Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Geniess deinen eigenen Sitzplatz unter der Linde und benutze unsere nordische Iglu-Sauna mit falls du Lust hast. Wir hoffen, dass du dich in unserem Garten, an den auch unser Haus anstösst, rundum wohl fühlst.

Zurich city is just a 15 min commute by train + 5min bus ride . Küsnacht is known as the Gold Coast of Zurich with upper class vibe, also beautiful sunsets and located right at the lake Zurich. Our place is bright with a lot of sun all day! Nature is at your doorstep: hike the magical Küsnacht Tobel (gorge) with small waterfalls just around the corner!

Double bed invites for a good night’s sleep, the built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space and a working desk helps to stay productive and organized. The separate bathroom with a shower features hand towels, a hair dryer.The kitchenette consists of an electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. A full meal can be prepared in the shared kitchen with numerous cooking stations located on the 7th floor.

Alles im gleichen Raum. Der Eingangsbereich kann gleichzeitig auch als Terrasse benutzt werden und hat einen kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühle, hier kann man gemütlich rauchen.

Die Küche ist mit modernster Technik (Kochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Sauna und Kälte Bad rundet die Einrichtung ab. Das WC ist separat. Zum Studio gehört ein grosszügiger Garten mit einem kleinen Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Lounge.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend aber das Stadtzentrum ist per Tram, Bus oder Zug sehr schnell erreichbar! Haltestelle in 3‘ Fussdistanz, der See ist ebenfalls in 3‘ zu Fuss erreichbar. Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden sind in der Nähe! Mit dem Tram Nr. 11 fährt man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof, das Tram Ne. 15 fährt zum Central. Der Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen (zum Flughafen!) ist zu Fuss in 8' erreichbar oder mit Tram 11 & 15 zwei Stationen.
