The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away
