Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.

Morecambe & Lancaster are 4 miles and Lake District 15 miles away. Spacious house with parking for 3 cars, ideal for families and friends. No smoking and no parties, please.

Lodge on Lake Windermere

Situated right on Lake Windermere, our lodge is a wonderful place to unwind and relax while watching the magnificent views of the hills and fells across the lake. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

Combe-n-Sea

A modern, open airy space set in a fabulous coastal location within easy driving distance from the Lakes. Haverigg is on the fringe of the Lakes, with Coniston being just a short drive away (approx 35 minutes). The property is close to Hodbarrow which is an RSPB Nature Reserve and it is also on the coast with some stunning dog friendly beaches to walk along. You can walk Black Combe and be rewarded with stunning views, or try wakeboarding, sea fishing or go horse riding on the beach.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are opposite the Eric Morecambe statue on the sea front. We are next to the Sandy beach with sea views all the way across to grange over sands and the Lake District. These can be viewed through out large circular cone windows that jut out from the roof giving a full panoramic view! We have a new modern and fully equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar, coffee machine and sonos .
