'Laurelin In The Lakes' is my lovely, highly spacious ground-floor apartment in a sought after location on Lake Road, 3 mins level stroll from Ambleside centre! Beautiful decor, bespoke wall art, fabulous 'mountain' mural original, superb large lounge/diner with impressive corner sofa. Private parking space, rare in such a central spot! Fast/unlimited Wifi, TNT/Sky Sports, Smart TV's, Netflix, PS4/games. Private entrance. I love that my favourite restaurants, the fells and lake are all so close!

'Garn Yam' (Cumbrian Dialect for - Going Home)fully modernised beautiful traditional little Lakeland cottage that sleeps 2, with a gorgeous living room and kitchen to relax in front of the wood burning stove flicking away, whilst you talk about how wonderful the days walk has been. 'Garn Yam' is tucked away up a quiet lane where we have a dedicated car parking space on the road by the cottage just in front of the grassed communal area , with Ambleside just being a short 2 minute walk away

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The apartment faces south west and benefits from afternoon and evening sun. A private balcony is accessed from the kitchen; just the place to sit and relax after a day on the fells , so makes the most of the sunsets.

It’s quirky and small interior and ladder stairs make it a perfect little base in a quiet area of lovely Ambleside. Ideal for a couple or a 1 person stay. Private parking space. Minimum 3 night stay. Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

The Wash House Ambleside. Cosy with secret garden

The Wash House is an historic cottage on one floor hidden 100m above the centre of Ambleside. Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space! There is a private sunny terrace garden covered in clematis and wisteria with views of the fells and the rooftops. Restaurants, pubs, shops and walks are on your doorstep. No need for a car!
