This is a single room, retro-themed studio with 3 beds, a double, king single and a single trundle bed. Split system air conditioning / heating ensures comfort during your stay. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, a double hot plate (suitable for reheating meals), microwave, as well as assorted pots and pans. This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

The unit is in our back yard with a gate to access the native reserve with several walking tracks.
