South Lakeland family house in the village of Milnthorpe set at the top of the Morecambe Bay with easy access to the Lake District National Park only 10 mins away and 20 mins to Lake Windermere. The village has a good selection of grocery shops, take away food, cafes and 2 pubs. The local park is home to a herd of Fallow deer where you can walk by the river and view of the Lakeland hills. Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve (10mins) and outdoor activities. Perfect for families, groups and couples.

Hilderstone Stable

Nestling in a quiet rural setting Hilderstone Stable was converted recently into a contemporary high quality 2 bed cottage. 5 mins north of J35 M6. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Lake District, Arnside/Silverdale AONB, Leighton Moss and Yorkshire Dales. The settlement of Hilderstone can be traced back to the 13th century. The barn was built originally in c1750. There is still a working farm as part of the 200 acre Hilderstone Farm. A great base for outdoor activities.

Enjoy scenic walks along the nearby canal path or visit Arnside, just 10 minutes away, for coastal views and top-notch fish & chips. A perfect base for exploring the countryside

Beech Lynette - more than just an overnight room

BEECH LYNETTE is more than just overnight bedroom accommodation - it's a private, self-contained unit to the side of the owners’ house with lounge, fully fitted kitchen, separate double bedroom and private bathroom. It has its own separate entrance, front patio area and parking. With outstanding views over rolling hills and farmland, Beech Lynette is on the border of North Yorkshire, Lancashire and the southern point of the Lake District yet just a 5 minute drive from the M6 motorway.

The Shepherd's Hut, Kendal.

South facing, small, traditional Shepherd's hut with views, internal shower, compost toilet, log burner, electric heater, kitchen area. 2 mins by car to Kendal. Scenic walks over limestone Scars from the doorstep. Comfortable double bed, single bunk above with limited head space. Kendal is an attractive market town with an eclectic range of shops, cafes, restaurants. There is a designated parking space for one vehicle beside the hut Bikes can be secured in the log shelter.

Church View Cottage, Beetham

Nestled within the picturesque village of Beetham, Church View Cottage is a beautifully renovated former alehouse dated late 1700. The historic Cumbria village of Beetham stands at the northern edge of the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage provides a unique holiday retreat on the outskirts of the stunning Lake District World Heritage Site, the Yorkshire Dales and also within easy reach of Leighton Moss and Foulshaw Moss Nature Reserves.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

Luxury Loft at Claughton Hall

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Set in the small peaceful village of Storth (AONB) by the tidal river Kent Estuary, on the edge of the Lake District National Park. The Cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodlands or just walk a few hundred yards out of the door and you can walk for miles along the beach.
