It’s an easy 11 mile drive to Waynesville, Lake Junaluska, or the Blue Ridge Parkway; 20 miles to Cataloochee Ski Lodge & just west of the amazing Biltmore House in Asheville. Canton was recently featured in “Our State” Magazine for the revived down town area. We love the small town atmosphere, location & believe you will too. Nestled in the WNC mountains, The Granary is the perfect home base to explore Asheville, hike the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Cataloochee, Cherokee, etc. all less than 30 minutes in any direction. Farmer's Wife Guest House located on a 55-acre working vegetable farm close to Lake Logan, Blue Ridge Parkway, Waynesville, and Asheville, NC. This cozy and beautifully decorated space is close to 3 Country Clubs and golf courses. Located just off of Highway 215, known for the Lake Logan Triathlon Bike Course and with-in walking distance to the Pigeon River for fishing, swimming, and tubing. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.

Cozy up in our newly renovated 1940’s creek side cabin. The back yard over looks Pisgah National Forest! Hike from the neighborhood trail into Pisgah, or drive 4 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take a hot bath in our outdoor clawfoot tub and enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek. Try out the sauna and cold plunge in the creek! Just a 25 minute easy drive to Asheville.
