It’s an easy 11 mile drive to Waynesville, Lake Junaluska, or the Blue Ridge Parkway; 20 miles to Cataloochee Ski Lodge & just west of the amazing Biltmore House in Asheville. Canton was recently featured in “Our State” Magazine for the revived down town area. We love the small town atmosphere, location & believe you will too. The Granary by the Creek

Nestled in the WNC mountains, The Granary is the perfect home base to explore Asheville, hike the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains, Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Cataloochee, Cherokee, etc. all less than 30 minutes in any direction. Enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages on your private deck or the NEW creekside patio complete with fire table and string lights for cool weather. Bird watching is abundant! The Granary sits between the 100+ year old barn and our family cabin residence.

Red Cottage

Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Welcome!

Thoughtfully designed and cleaned, this cozy home is perfect for your mountain getaway as it is central to many nearby adventures like Pisgah National Forest, Smoky Mountains, and Cataloochee Ski Area. Cross over into host's property and access a hiking trail, visit the farm animals, and see what's in the garden. Note: The house is located on the street, which makes for easy access and a short walk to the land.

This is a newly constructed, full-size, standalone one-bedroom apartment. Ideal for a couple, or family with 1 or 2 children. Roomy bedroom with king-sized bed & living room with sleeper sofa. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

This family friendly, private retreat sits on a gently flowing creek under the shadows of Cold Mountain and the Art Loeb Trail. You may want to sit on the covered porch or deck while listening to the creek. If you love the outdoors or are a hiking enthusiast, our cabin is for you. We are about 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Waynesville, Canton, Maggie Valley, and Lake Junaluska are approximately 30 minutes away; a 45-minute drive will take you to Asheville.

Blackberry Cottage

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!
