We sensitively restored the property in 2021 conserving the lime-washed walls and beams and creating a light and spacious living area. Sole use of 3 acre field.

We are dog friendly, with an enclosed dog run, dog shower, and woodland for them to explore. The town of Carmarthen is a 15 minute drive, and there are a wealth of castles, beaches and countryside walks.

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.
