Everything you need for a relaxing mountain vacation is here. Our property is located just east of Hendersonville surrounded by horse farms and orchards. Summer and fall are great times to pick apples, blackberries and other fruit. For wine lovers, there are six wineries in our area offering tastings, music and great food. Many of these locations are with 10-15 minutes of the cabin. Local breweries offer craft beer and live music. The shared fire pit is available to enjoy your favorite beverage.

This unique place has a style all its own designed to emulate a Ranger Retreat /fire tower. The cabin has a commanding view of Chimney Rock and Hickory Nut Falls/Gorge. The cabin was built out of 100+year old reclaimed materials with 15 foot vaulted ceilings on the main floor. With poplar bark walls, incredible lighting, hand cut slate floors your stay is guaranteed to be enchanting. Sit in the hot tub and look at a waterfall while listening to another waterfall behind you and river below you

The Artful Dodger Getaway Cabin Charming & Unique

Our cabin is in the gated Riverbend community on a quiet wooded lot and is very cozy and comfortable inside and out. It is perfect for a couple's getaway from city hustle and bustle. Wildlife abounds in the area. Inside are all the comforts of home, including a very comfortable Sealy memory foam king mattress. There is a big Ingles and several restaurants nearby. Chimney Rock and the lake (Lake Lure) are under repair and closed for the season. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

We’re so happy to be back to hosting at our sweet little spot! Stay in an original 1920’s, newly renovated log cabin, located in the first established community of Chimney Rock. Nestled in between Chimney Rock Village/State Park and Lake Lure, you're just a quick walk (under a mile) to each. See views of Chimney Rock from your yard, equipped with a level gravel fire pit area, deck off of the master bedroom, level parking (room for 2-3 vehicles), as well as spaces for motorcycles, if needed.

Authentic log cabin tucked into Black Mountain near the attractions. Peaceful and quiet location close to Chimney Rock (15mins) and Downtown Black Mountain (25mins). *The road is open to locals. The unique, art filled, hand built wooden house, opens to the fence enclosed decks with sunken koi ponds. Relax outside in the sun, or under the roof for shade, make a fire in the fire pit, on your private fenced in deck. The walkway to the house has uneven stone steps, if walking is a challenge Easy access to downtown Asheville as well as stores and restaurants minutes from the house in rural Fairview where the house is located. It is also a short drive to the Blue Ridge parkway

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. The comfortable living space includes a rain shower, king sized bed in a lofted sleeping area, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is a large deck with a table and chairs, a luxurious soaking bathtub, and a patio equipped with a fire pit and propane grill.

Romantic cabin near a mountain lake and overlooking a private pond. Our cozy one bedroom log cabin is built for couples and has a hot tub. For no extra cost we have horse shoes, and private fishing ponds. All set in a natural landscape with diverse flora and fauna. Hurricane Helene update: Our property is in good condition. The construction at our lakefront to remove sediment from the lake has finished! The lake will remain lowered until Spring, but that happens many years anyway.

Our Getaway offers an open concept living area with modern kitchen with all you will need to enjoy your time away. Lola's has two bedrooms and one elegant bath. Great view from deck relaxing in the hot tub or at our private fire pit!
